Privacy notice

What this site collects

Nothing automatically beyond standard server request logs. This is a static site: there are no cookies, no advertising pixels, no session tracking and no third-party analytics scripts. You do not need to accept anything to read it.

What you send us

If you contact us by phone or through the enquiry form, we hold what you send — typically your name, your email address, your company and a description of your problem. We use it to reply to you and to carry out any work we subsequently agree. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Records relating to work we have actually done are kept for as long as we are required to keep business records, and then deleted.

Who else sees it

Our hosting and email providers process it in the course of delivering those services. We do not share enquiry data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it outside our own systems for marketing purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call +91 81601 58313 and we will deal with it. If you are in the UK or the EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
